Benefits

Realtime Results provides a comprehensive benefit package for our associates. All benefits are offered to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. Here is a summary of what we offer:

Compensation

Realtime Results’ compensation philosophy is to reward performance and recognize value.


At Realtime Results, you earn more than just your paycheck in exchange for your efforts. Your total compensation may consist of pay, benefits, training, and other valuable employee programs and services. Additionally, as you lift your performance above the standards set for your job, and as you add value to your performance with increased skills, knowledge, and responsibility, you are eligible for merit increases and promotional opportunities.


Medical

Our health care plan provides coverage for full-time associates and their eligible dependents.


We offer medical coverage through CIGNA Healthcare. Our plan features office visit co-payments, preventative care, and prescription drug plan for both in and out of network providers.


Realtime Results provides a percentage of coverage for premiums for all full-time associates and their eligible dependants.


Dental

Our dental plan is also provided for full-time associates and their eligible dependents.


We offer dental coverage through Delta Dental. All preventative care is covered 100% with a small deductible due once a year.


Realtime results covers 10% of the premium for all full-time associates and their eligible dependents.


401(k)

We offer all employees the opportunity to invest in their future through our 401(k) plan from Great West Investments. All regular full-time and part-time associates may contribute the maximum amount allowed by law into their 401(k) account. All contributory funds will be deducted through a pre-tax section 125 payroll deduction.


Life Insurance

Every employee receives a Term Life and AD&D Policy on behalf of Realtime Results. Both policies are valued at 1X the employee’s annual salary. Spouses are covered up to $5,000 and Dependents are covered up to $2,500 per dependent. Associates may also enroll in additional coverage to supplement their company-paid plans.


Time Off

New Associates accrue the following time off:


Vacation – Five days per year, accrued monthly. After 1 full year of employment, employees are eligible for 10 days per year, accrued monthly.


Sick - Six days per year, accrued monthly.


Personal Time - Two days per year if hired before June 30, one day per year if hired July 1 or later.
