Executive Team
John Santangelo – President and CEO
As the founder of Realtime Results, John brings a wealth of operational experience
built through more than 30 years in the cable industry. Prior to founding Realtime
Results, LLC in 2005, John founded and led Customer Choice, an innovative service
that provided home buyers with a single source solution for the activation of home
services. That business served as the foundation for Realtime Results.
Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, John grew up in the cable industry working
for several major MSO’s at both the division and regional levels lending his expertise
in the areas of technical operation, operations and marketing. In his most recent
job in cable, John served as Senior Divisional Vice President of Operations at Charter
Communications, the country’s fourth largest cable company. John brings insight,
experience and enthusiasm to his leadership and has been pivotal in positioning
the company to sustain its aggressive growth.
Tom Brockhaus – Vice President of Client Services
Tom came to Realtime Results through his role at Customer Choice, a home service
activation company, where he served as a Vice President of Operations. Tom was the
first senior manager at Realtime, and he has played an important role in helping
to establish the operational underpinnings of the organization. During his time
with the company, Tom has served key roles in operations, training, hiring, and
he now leads the Client Services team.
Prior to joining Realtime, Tom was Marketing Director at Charter Communications.
While at Charter, Tom was recognized for award winning customer retention strategies
by the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketers. Tom also led database
marketing and CRM initiatives for American Express, E.D.S. and Ameritech where he
developed contact management and marketing solutions. Tom earned his undergraduate
degree in communications management from Missouri State University and an M.A. in
computer resources management from Webster University, St. Louis.
Scott Hammack – Vice President of Operations
Scott has been a leader in the contact center industry for over 20 years. Prior
to joining Realtime Results in July, 2006, he operated a contact center consultancy
firm for three years servicing clients in the United States, Canada, South America,
Philippines and the Caribbean. Scott was the Director of Telesales for Pitney Bowes,
Inc. where he was responsible for the direct sales activities of over 600 representatives
in both internal and outsourced sales centers, growing sales of small business services
by over 250% in a three year period.
In 1999, he successfully opened and managed a 300+ person inbound and outbound sales
and service center for Boise Cascade Office Products in Norman, OK. Prior to Boise,
he was the Director of Outbound Operations for Business Response, Inc. an outsourcing
provider of contact center services. He also spent 8 years with Dun & Bradstreet
in a variety of contact center and project management leadership roles. Scott has
a B.S. degree in Marketing Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
Richard Stoecker – Vice President IT & Project Management
Richard has over 20 years of experience in leading, directing, and managing information
technology and related business process centers. Richard came to Realtime Results
in 2008 when he assumed the role of Vice President IT & Partner Solutions. Before
coming to Realtime, Richard spent more than 16 years in the financial services industry
including GenAmerica Financial where he served as Executive Director of IT and MetLife
where he served as Director of Business Systems Integration.
Richard has extensive experience across a broad set of IT areas such as strategic
planning, financial management, business process design, project management, IT
architecture, application development, and infrastructure management. Richard has
undergraduate degrees in Mathematics, Computational Mathematics, and Physics from
Eastern Illinois University.
